Established in 1998, Rensino Clothing Co.,Ltd is one of the biggest uniforms manufactures, which specializes in producing all kinds of uniforms. We have offices located in Guangzhou and Shanghai, and our factory located in Guangzhou. With our stable and reliable suppliers and industrious, hardworking staff members, we meet all kinds of requirements from different types of customers. Since it was established, our business has been increasing constantly. More than 80% of our products are exported to different countries in the world.

Production Process        

R&D and Process Management

We have set up the Product Development Dept., Molding Development Dept. and Industrial Engineering Dept. in the R&D Center. Since 2002, we have maintained an annual R&D investment of over RMB 10 million. We have engaged over 100 professional technicians with Bachelor's and Master’s degrees. We have also conducted operation with national science institutions to set up product R&D center, and have acquired over 50 patents in recent years. Fully complying with EU WEEE & ROHS directive, our products cater to the office stationery supplies and student stationery and other stationery series.

We own over 150 sets of manufacturing equipment with value per set up to RMB 100,000, 50 assembly lines and one imported automatic fuel injection assembly line. We adopt the MRP system to perform material control. By adopting the pull production management, we can ensure smooth production process and enhance the assembly line balancing rate. We also set up quality improvement team to constantly improve the process quality control. We attach great importance to the skill trainings of employees so as to continually improve their quality awareness and improvement awareness.

Depending on our experienced technical team,since its founding,we have been responsible for the innovation of new and OEM products,as well as sample production.

QCS

Rensino has its own design department, which equipped with advanced CAD & plate-making system, grading system and layout system. Production department has a range of sewing machines, stereotypes equipments and ironing equipmnets. We can design styles and produce uniforms according to our customer's requirements with high efficiency.

To support quality assurance and technical innovation, We build up our own quality control system, covering incoming materials and finished goods.
