Q5. Can I design the uniform by myself?
A: Yes, you can. We will provide two choices for you. One is both design and making process are done by our company, and your suggestion is welcome. The other one is we make the uniform according to your exact order.
Q6. Will you send the tailor to measure the size for us?
A: Usually we don’t offer this service. If the customer insists, and the address is allowed, we will consider offer this service, but the extra paid is needed.
Q7. Are your measuring of size up to standard?
A: Our clothes making process is well-found, and our workers will be train strictly. Also both the measuring and cutting processes are finished under the control of computer and the observing of experienced workers. So we can promise the measuring of size is up to the standard.
Q8. What if I find the cloth’s size is wrong?
A: Before we make sure the exactly order, we will keep contact with you about the measure of the size to avoid the mistake causing by different measuring methods. And we will make the cloth according to size you provide. If we have not send the right size as you asked before, we will definitely bear the responsibility, and send the right size to you as soon as possible. But if the mistake is made by yourself, I would be sorry to tell you, we won’t take the possibility.
Q9. How many discounts can you offer?
A: It depends on the quantity you orders and whether you have ordered products from us before. Also, the choice of transportation type is related. Who pay for the transportation fee and who bear the insurance and the risk are the decided factors.
Q10. How do I pay?
A: Please transmit (T/T) the payment from your bank to our bank.
Q11. How do you start the order?
A: We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. When order finished, we will email you the digital photo for your confirmation. We will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
If the order is urgent, you’d better pay 100% in advance.
Q12. Do you ship by Sea, Land or Air?
